When it comes to the growing part, the standard technique is easy. First, prepare grain spawn and inoculate either with spores using agar. Then incubate at 80%. Next, spawn the colonized grain to pasteurized dung or straw and incubate at 75-80 F. Then, seal with a thin casing layer and fruit at about 75 degrees.

Subsequently, fill the canning jars with modified dung and sterilize for about an hour in a cooker. Once the substrate has colonized, crumble, and case. At this point, there is no need to spawn with manure as it is already in the substrate. You only need to place the cased substrate in suitable humidity and watch your mushrooms grow.
